Description:
Brodifacoum is an anticoagulant rodenticide and vitamin K₁ inhibitor, effective against commensal and field rodents. Soft bait pasta in ready-to-use sachets; unique odor, taste, and texture make it highly attractive and effective.

Baiting Instructions:

  • Wear gloves to avoid human scent.
  • Apply at dusk when rodents are active.
  • Increase bait for severe infestations after expert advice.
  • Reapply until no rodent activity is seen.
  • Death occurs 7–10 days post-ingestion due to internal bleeding.

Precautions:

  • Avoid ingestion, contact with skin/eyes, inhalation, or contamination of food/clothing.
  • Do not eat, drink, or smoke while handling.
  • Use PPE: clothing, cap, goggles, mask, boots, impermeable gloves.
  • Wash exposed skin and clothes after use.
  • Do not reuse containers; dispose of leftovers safely.

 

Symptoms & First Aid:

  • Symptoms: Headache, dizziness, swelling, nausea.
  • Skin contact: Wash with soap and water.
  • Eye contact: Rinse with water.
  • Ingestion: Seek medical help and show label; do not induce vomiting unless instructed.

 

Environmental Warnings:

  • Toxic to birds/aquatic life; avoid water contamination.
  • Remove livestock; grazing prohibited in baited areas.
  • Burn leftover bait and carcasses safely.

 

Storage:

  • Keep away from children and animals.
  • Store in original packaging, 10–35 °C, protected from light, moisture, and food.
  • Effectiveness decreases after opening.
  • Do not reuse containers for food or water.
